I have used Progesterone Cream ("P-cream") for many years. As we age and enter menopause, we need more of that hormone, and the cream is replacing it. Of the many benefits the cream has, you will definitely sleep better.

It's important ot change the area where you rub the cream. Best to use it after a shower when your skin pores are open so you absorb it quicker.

Also I'd recommend to purchase a pump dispenser instead of using a jar, because its potency may decrease if its oxydizes and possibly gets contaminated too as you keep sticking in your finger.

Progesterone is not cheap but it sure works for me (and many other women have reported the same). Ask your doc about it!

I've never heard of using progesterone creams, I thought it was estrogen that causes all the problems and symptoms?

I'm already using hormone pills with progesterone. I think I'll overdose if I use the cream as well!

Does it really works? i have been using provera since 3 month but i did not find conclusive results and i was tempted by a friend to check up for neutracetic nugestrone hp where there seems to be lots of natural products in like aloe vera. hope it gets to works better. Has anyone got some moe ides about how it works??

I know a better option. Why don’t you try Nutraceutics Nugest (Natural Progesterone)? My mom tried this one. She asked me to find a medicine for her so, I searched for one on the net and I found the required one on this site http://www.drugdelivery.ca/ that is the natural progesterone. My mom is satisfied with it. We all know that one day we’ll grow old but why let it happen so soon. Life is to enjoy.
