I am suffering: hot flashes, headaches, I can't sleep at night, I am tired all day, etc etc etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am thinking of doing a hormone replacement therapy. But... I am really scared of the side effects!!!!!! What if my meno symptoms are gone, but I got cancer instead???
Have anybody experience with the hormone therapy? Please advise what I shall do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

i say yes!
i tryed some of those natural pills but they didn't do anything, made me worse actualy! so i had to go back on hrt even though of the cancer stuff.
i figure if i don't take hrt, i WILL kill my husband and if i take hrt, i MIGHT get killed by cancer. i love my husband too much... 
don't use the natural pills, they don't work, go with what works. |

Everyone responds to different things - best bet is to go to your doctor and discuss the best options for you. I've had more success going the au natural way rather than hormones! 
Last thing I need is to pump more chemicals in my body as it is!!  |
