I don't get periods because I've had a hysterectomy so I don't know if I'm going through menopause or what.

I'm 53 years old and have been told that I've been "moody" recently (by my husband, so i'm not sure if I should take his word for it). I've also been getting flushed a couple times in the past... 3 months about.

How do I tell if i've started menopause? does this sound normal to you? I'm just not sure Sad

I think I am starting get menopause as well, i'm 42 and have been suffering from dizzyness and headaches. I think moodyness can be a symptom of menopause.

hi there, looks like we are all asking the same question. im also am not sure if im starting menopause or not.

im 40 years old and also do not have my period as i had a hysterectomy a few years ago.

but what symptoms would i get? i dont get night sweats but i get hot spells. im just not sure.
