My mother-in-law is 47 yrs old and I am positive she's starting menopause. She's being a bigger [b-word] recently and is nosying around our house more often... tell me I should do this and that.... aaarr!

She says she can't have menopause because she's had her ovaries removed in a partial hysterectomy. Is this possible?

I'm hoping it's not because it means she's got no justifiable reason of being a bigger cow than she already is.

if she is menopausing, then you're in for a real hard time. i had the same thing my my MIL! and believe me, she really drove me nuts all the way, questionning my moves, critising my way of running MY house!! she doesnt even live with us! and saying i cnt even look after my kid properly, can you believe that? thank god she moved to her daughter's place which is at least 15hrs away, what a relief!all i can tell you is to get a grip on your nerves and pray for her to move far
