I've been using natural progesterone cream for about 3 years now. I'm 46 years old and have not had a period going on for 5 months now. I usually miss a period here and there occassionally. I was just wondering if anyone has had any problems with natural progesterone cream usage? I feel that it's very safe and does help with depression and symptoms of premenopause. What's your opionion on the subject?
