I'm fortunate enough not to be hit my menopause yet, but I want to be prepared when I am. I was talking to some friends who are going through menopause and they suggested trying Chinese medicines. They all speak very highly of it.

Does anyone here use this natural therapy, and if so, do they recommend it?

Hi, I am actually not too familiar with it but there are articles online that natural therapies work. The benefit is that some do not have added hormones and have less side affects. You can check out www.americanhealing.net they have info when you click on the products, don't know how reliable it is but they can;t lie by law Smile
