I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the dizziness and how long it lasted?

I'm REALLY suffering with a few symptoms mainly hot flushes and sweats but more recently dizziness and headaches. I have been having headaches for about a year but now I'm getting very dizzy.

I get this dizzinesss too... At first it scared me, but now I am getting used to it and the headaches too but they are quite painful. They both come and go and so far I haven't done anything about it as I absolutely hate going to the doctors!

I would assume it is linked to the menopause, i'm 55.
