Hot flashes is what drives totally crazy.

I am not even that old (44) and they just keep coming. In the past I tried Estroven but it's not really working for me.

It's robbing me of my sleep as well... quite terrible insomnia. I was looking for this Emerita Cooling comfort mist but haven't taken any further action...

This got to be the worst menopause symptom ever! My own eternal summer.

I'm in the early stages of menopause, and hearing about all these symptoms is scary. Lately, I've been experiencing mood swings, and I get irritated by my husband very easily.

Some nights I get hot flashes as well.

Hot flashes have been driving me nuts for the best part of 10 years now...they seem to come and go - every time I think I might finally be rid of them, back they come again!

I have had some relief with a product called Remifemin - I think it's a natural formulation using black cohosh or something similar. A friend of mine swears by Catapres so that might be worth a try for you.

Yeah I used to suffer from it quite regularly but now its become alot less now! Smile

When I started getting hot flushes I eliminated caffeine completely and cut way down on spicy foods. I also cut back on alcohol Shocked and started exercising at the gym. This seems to have helped me with the hot flushes!
Very Happy
