Hot flashes is what drives totally crazy.
I am not even that old (44) and they just keep coming. In the past I tried Estroven but it's not really working for me.
It's robbing me of my sleep as well... quite terrible insomnia. I was looking for this Emerita Cooling comfort mist but haven't taken any further action...
This got to be the worst menopause symptom ever! My own eternal summer. |

I'm in the early stages of menopause, and hearing about all these symptoms is scary. Lately, I've been experiencing mood swings, and I get irritated by my husband very easily.
Some nights I get hot flashes as well. |

Hot flashes have been driving me nuts for the best part of 10 years now...they seem to come and go - every time I think I might finally be rid of them, back they come again!
I have had some relief with a product called Remifemin - I think it's a natural formulation using black cohosh or something similar. A friend of mine swears by Catapres so that might be worth a try for you.

Yeah I used to suffer from it quite regularly but now its become alot less now!
When I started getting hot flushes I eliminated caffeine completely and cut way down on spicy foods. I also cut back on alcohol and started exercising at the gym. This seems to have helped me with the hot flushes!
