Hello Smile

I was out shopping the other day and found a brilliant woman in Holland and Barrett who appeared to be very knowledgeable regarding all the different herbal products available to buy.

In particular I was looking for something to help with my mood swings. Following her advice I have just started to try Agnus Castus.

Has anyone else on here tried this before? Does it work for you?

Hi Karen!

I have tried Angus Castus before and although it didn't do anything for me I have heard others say that it worked for them. I think you should just give it a go!! Just remember try one thing at a time!!!

Chaste tree berry, it's a hormone balancer. I've never heard of it being used alone, i thought it's usually stuck together with dong quai and black cohosh and all those other herbs.

I've heard that it can take a month or so to really kick in.
