| I'm only 38 years old, but have been told that I am going through menopause. I'm really sad about it because I still want a baby. Does anyone know if it's possible to get pregnant even through menopause? |

If you really are in menopause, then your chances are slim at best. Hormone therapy might work to revert your body somewhat, but it all depends whether you still ovulate.
Once your period has stopped for a year, your chances are basically nil. Sorry, love! |

yes it is still possible to get pregnant during menopause, i found this link which gives more info: http://www.epigee.org/menopause/pregnancy.html.
apparantly if u are going thru the beginning of m/pause (perimenopause) the chances of pregnancy are higher. maybe u can ask ur doctor to do a blood test for your hormone levels to make sure that it is m/pause and not something else.
just remember, if it all gets too much, we're all here for u |
